Otay Ranch Town Center is hosting signups for the Olympian Saints youth football and cheerleading squads for children ages 5 to 15 on April 25, May 16 and 23 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the food pavilion. One parent must accompany their child at the time of registration.
Children do not need prior experience or athletic ability to play or cheer.
The following forms are required for registration:
Completed registration form (forms can be downloaded from www.olympiansaints.com)
Child’s original birth certificate (with seal, no abstracts)
Proof of residency (one copy of utility bill, lease/rental agreement or passport)
Proof of medical insurance
Current 1×1 photo of child
June 2010 report card (no later than June 30)
Two copies of physical forms signed by a physician in 2010 (no later than June 30)

Eastlake High School football fundraiser
The Eastlake High School Football Booster Club will hold its seventh annual scramble golf tournament June 11 at the Salt Creek Golf Course, 525 Hunte Parkway, Chula Vista. The event features a 12:30 p.m. shotgun start. The entry fee is $95 per person or $350 per foursome if registration is paid prior to May 14.
The registration fee includes golf, range balls, cart, lunch, dinner and participant bag. Door prizes also will be offered. Contests include longest drive and closest to the pin. Sponsorship opportunities are also available, ranging from $50 to $5,000.
