Be extra hoppy this month in Downtown Chula Vista with exciting new changes and upgraded events.
It’s already been an exciting year for your favorite South Bay neighborhood, but even more is coming this September.
As you may have noticed at the 25th Annual Lemon Festival, Third Avenue Village has officially been rebrand to Downtown Chula Vista. For many years, Downtown Chula Vista has gone by many names, but the community wanted to unite around a brand that captures the growing and developing profile of Chula Vista and celebrate its rich history as the original Downtown of Chula Vista. The new title reflects the city of Chula Vista as a substantial cultural hub in San Diego County, and the new design features a more modern and refined take on the iconic City of Chula Vista logo.
The community has already expressed their approval and local businesses are excited to see the shift and hopeful that it will draw in new clientele. In the coming weeks, the new logo will be dispersed throughout the community and printed on brand new umbrellas, outdoor dining sets and trashcans throughout Third Avenue.
