Southwestern College Theatre Arts Department presents “ON YOUR FEET!” at the 500-seat Performing Arts Center for nine performances, March 19 – 29. Tickets are $20 for assigned seating and are available exclusively at www.swcpac.com.
The Theatre Arts Department presents “On Your Feet!” the inspiring story of Gloria and Emilio Estefan’s rise to fame in the ‘80s and ‘90s. Directed by Theatre Arts Professor Ruff Yeager, this energetic musical chronicles the GRAMMY-winning couple’s journey from humble beginnings in Cuba to international stardom—while facing challenges that nearly cost them everything. The show features iconic hits like “Rhythm is Gonna Get You,” “Conga,” and “Get on Your Feet.” For the first time in the history of SWC, a live orchestra will accompany the play. The 20-piece salsa orchestra features local musicians, SWC music students, and professors.
