Create Chula Vista announced a free outdoor summer movie series Chula Vista Nights, with the kickoff starting with the blockbuster “The Super Mario Bros. Movie.” This free event takes place on Saturday, July 22, from 6-9 p.m. at Chula Vista Memorial Park, 272 Park Way. Other movies are planned for August and September.
As an alternative to Comic-Con weekend, along with the film, will have a variety of food trucks, giveaways throughout the event, and the chance for one participant to win a new Nintendo Switch. Chula Vista Nights is sponsored by Grasshopper.
