Chula Vista, thank you for allowing me to serve you. Thank you for your warmth, your excitement and your openness for trying the great food and one of a kind gastronomic experience during my tenure at Temp by Cosecha.

Chula Vista has been more than a place of business. This City is like a second home to me.
Thank you for opening your arms and embracing the style of food we offered as I entered Third Avenue just over six months ago with an unknown expectation of how this community was going to be accepting of this concept of dining. I’ve been blown away by the excitement and awe that has been expressed to me in many ways during our dinner and brunch services.

Although I’m no longer the Executive Chef at Temp, I just want all of you to know that Temp will remain on Third Avenue and will continue to serve this community with as much pride and joy as it has since opening. I’ll miss this community during my North American culinary tour as an ambassador for true Kobe beef from Japan’s Hyogo prefecture. During my short time here, this small community has inspired me to do even more monumental things. Thank you for having me. This is not goodbye.
