Patti McKelvey recently received McMillin Realty’s top producer, top selling and top listing agent awards for the 25th consecutive year at the firm’s annual awards ceremony this week.
McKelvey and her team achieved 200 sales in 2010, representing a sales volume of more than $72 million. In addition, her team listed 139 homes for sale in 2010.
“Patti’s success is attributed to her continual drive to improve her expertise and provide the best in customer service – nearly 24 hours a day,” said Scott McMillin, president of the 40-year-old brokerage.
Perhaps the McKelvey team’s biggest achievement is shown in its dedication to the home-buying process.

McKelvey has previously been noted among the top 1 percent of real estate professionals in the United States by the Wall Street Journal. Out of the 34,000 agents in the county last year, her team placed No. 5 in dollar volume countywide and No. 1 in the South County.
