On Saturday, June 24, at 11 a.m., housing experts from Shea Homes San Diego will offer advice and field questions from first-time and move-up buyers during a free Fun & Lunch event at Element and Z, two contemporary new neighborhoods at the Millenia master planned community in Chula Vista.
Fun & Lunch is open to all San Diego County residents and features lunch, fun for the kids, and a drawing for a special prize. The 30-minute information session will focus on key strategies to help achieve home ownership and examine financing programs now available to first-time buyers, members of the military, those looking to move up into larger homes, and anyone with a credit issue.
