1) Fidelity National Title Insurance Company Inc. dba Lawyers Title Company leased 1,927 rentable square feet of office space for three years at 333 H St., Chula Vista, from Gateway Chula Vista 2 LLC for $180,459.70. James Pieri Jr. of Gateway Financial Real Estate represented the lessor in the transaction. Orion Realty Group represented the lessee.
2) Orsini & Fusco Insurance Services Inc. leased 1,022 rentable square feet of office space for three years at 4883 Ronson Court, San Diego, from Ronson Court Business Center LLC for $39,414.59. James Pieri Jr. of Gateway Financial Real Estate represented the lessee in the transaction. Mark Arbar of Voit Real Estate Services of San Diego represented the lessor.
