Highly praised and respected for her expertise on California’s housing market, Leslie Appleton-Young is repeatedly asked back to speak at numerous Realtor associations.
At a special luncheon May 20 she will present a clear insight into how the real estate market will shape up in the next half of 2011 and what to expect in 2012.
Appleton-Young is vice president and chief economist for the California Association of Realtors directing the activities of the association’s Member Information Group. She oversees the analysis of housing market and brokerage industry trends, member communications, and membership development activities. She is also closely involved in the association’s strategic planning efforts and is a well-known speaker in California’s real estate community.
The event is from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 880 Canarios Court. The cost to attend is $15 and will include a box lunch.
