On Nov. 10 at 10 a.m., Brookfield Homes will debut a new community of detached homes, Haven at Windingwalk in Chula Vista. And for home shoppers and their families, this means getting a first look at a variety of new floor plan designs and enjoying a grand opening event, including food, a visit from Hula Ramos of Energy Radio 103.7 and more. The event will take place at 1810 Casa Morro Street in Chula Vista.
The grand opening event will include model home tours showcasing four different floor plans with private yards. Floor plans at Haven will range from approximately 1,718 to 2,430 square feet with three to five bedrooms and 2.5 to three baths. The two-story detached homes will include a loft and two-car garage, and two plans will have a downstairs bedroom and full bath. Pricing is anticipated to start in the mid $300,000s.
