The South County Economic Development Council is hosting five workshops Oct. 15 to gauge what is economically important to South County residents.
The workshops will discuss balanced and livable communities, education and workforce development, border economy, transportation and infrastructure, and emerging industries.
The first workshop begins at 8:30 a.m.
Workshops are at South County Regional Education Center, 800 National City Blvd.
