The city of Chula Vista Office of Sustainability would like to thank and recognize the city’s Clean Businesses program participants. Our program continues to grow and so far we have verified 139 businesses throughout the city. Chula Vista Clean Businesses distinguish themselves for going above and beyond in their effort to conserve energy, water, and reduce their waste, while educating their employees and patrons about sustainability. To further showcase these great local businesses we plan to implement a new marketing campaign that will use social media with beautiful eye-catching photographs and fun and interesting short videos to recognize and promote the CLEAN Business program participants and their efforts. This campaign is made possible thanks to the financial assistance of SDG&E’s Local Government Partnership program.
