Bonita’s Rootin’ Tootin’ Chili Cook-Off & Fair returns to its original location at the Bonita Village Shopping Center on May 17 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
All proceeds from the event will go to serve children and the community through the Kiwanis Club of Bonita Foundation and the Optimist Club of Bonita Foundation.
Chili teams will vie for prize money along with a best decorated booth prize. The public can also vote for the People’s Choice award.
Activities include a kids fun zone, puppet show, hospitality garden, pie-eating contest, arts and crafts booths, food vendors and static displays by the Bonita-Sunnyside Fire Station.
