The Chula Vista Elementary School District began construction of its 47th campus on March 8 with an estimated completion of the project by July 2022.
The CVESD Board of Education is seeking a name for the new school, which is located at 1145 Camino Prado in the Otay Ranch Village 3 community of Escaya. Recommendations must be submitted in writing to: Mrs. Lisa Brannen, Business Services and Support Office, Chula Vista Elementary School District 84 East J St., Chula Vista, CA 91910.
Suggestions for the new school name can also by submitted online by emailing lisa.brannen@cvesd.org, by fax to (619) 427-0463. Deadline for submissions is Monday, May 17 by 5 p.m.
The Board of Education will consider all suggestions and will be submitted to the Board for consideration at its June 16 meeting. The final decision for the name of the new facility will be determined by the Board.
